The crushing weight of eternal time bore down heavily on God's shoulders. Omnipotence and perfect dominion had faded into a tedious, unchanging buzz. He longed for the sharp sting of failure, the raw sweetness of hard-won triumph, the chaotic, beautiful finality of death. And so, he set into motion a radical scheme.
First, he fashioned a being of pure potential, a vessel he named Zeno. Into this vessel, he poured the fullness of his omnipotence, the raw, boundless force that defined his glorious existence.
But for his own essence, he took on a vulnerable, breakable human form. He confined his essence to a loop of reincarnation, a dim ember of the primal blaze, erased of past knowledge and power upon each demise.
He would experience craving, bliss, sorrow, and fear. He would fail, evolve, and fully embrace life.
Thus, the great trial commenced - God became a single soul lost in the vast ocean of being, set to endure the wild, breathtaking, and profoundly human drama of living and dying.
