St. Patty's Day
Rosie the Robot Maid. That's what the game calls her. Big tits, blonde, Irish, the whole St. Paddy's day setup. You're drunk, she's in a maid uniform, and there's a maze. A cursor maze. Like those old flash games where you can't touch the walls or you start over. Except here the walls are invisible and the prize is getting this cartoon woman naked. I spent way too long on the third level. The hitbox on her shoulder is completely broken. You think you're in the clear, sliding your mouse along what should be empty space, and then bzzt. Back to the start. The game doesn't even have the decency to reset smoothly, it just snaps you back like you've been caught stealing. Which, I guess, in the context of the game, you kind of are. It's a weirdly punitive mechanic for something that's supposed to be titillating. The whole thing feels like it was coded in an afternoon by someone who just discovered boobs and mouse events. The art is deliberately unpolished, which I can respect in a punk sort of way. Rosie looks like she was drawn with a thick marker and then colored in by someone who was also drunk. Her proportions are absurd, the kind of balloon chest that defies physics and probably her lower back. The Irish theme is just a coat of green paint, a shamrock here, a leprechaun hat there. It doesn't commit to the bit at all. There's no potato famine eroticism, no sensual riverdance mini-game. Missed opportunities. Actually the maze mechanic is kind of genius in how frustrating it is. It turns undressing into a tense, surgical procedure. You're not just clicking, you're navigating a minefield of invisible boundaries. It's less a striptease and more a bomb defusal. My hand cramped up. I forgot what I was even doing. Then a pixel of her bra came off and I felt a weird sense of accomplishment that was immediately undercut by the next impossible corridor. The whole thing is a mess. A horny, glitchy, green-tinted mess that I can't stop thinking about. The sound design is just one looping jig that drills into your skull.
