You ever play those old Newgrounds parodies where the art is traced from official images but the animation is all janky tweening? This is exactly that. The blonde chick from Mega Man Legends, Alia or Roll or whoever, she's on her knees doing the thing while Mega Man just stands there with that dead fish expression.
