Beary Bad End! v1.0
I swear I sketched out a whole lingerie line based on Monokuma once. Not the cute plushie version, the one from this game that gets inside your head. Black and white panels, asymmetrical cups, little red stitches on the straps. Never made it past the mood board because my pattern maker said it looked like "dominatrix clowncore" and honestly she wasn't wrong. This game. Right. You're a thief breaking into an abandoned school for some tech, and Monokuma decides you're his new project. The hypnosis stuff starts subtle, just text on screen, but then the muscle inflation hits and it's like watching a body horror fashion film where the model keeps growing and the fabric just. Doesn't. Rip. That tension. The way the writing describes your character's body changing while your mind slips away, it's the same feeling I get watching a really good deconstruction runway show where everything familiar gets twisted. Seven endings, six of them bad. The muscle transformation has three variations and I kept reloading to see them all because the descriptions are genuinely hot in that specific hentai way where proportions go insane. The hypnosis scenes use repetition that actually works, not annoying, more like a rhythm that pulls you under. The bear's dialogue is playful and cruel and I hate how much I enjoyed the ending where you just. Give in. Become his muscled puppet. There's something about losing control that translates perfectly into the inflation kink, the body becoming this exaggerated thing you didn't choose. The writing is short, maybe 5k words, and the second person POV makes everything feel immediate. No art, just text, which normally I'd complain about but the descriptions are vivid enough that my brain filled in the gaps. The anime tag is more about the vibe than any actual visuals. Danganronpa fans will recognize the bear's personality immediately, that sing song menace. I wanted more. I wanted less. The pacing is weird, some endings feel rushed, but then that one transformation sequence lingers on every detail and I forgot what I was complaining about. The game knows what it's doing and it does it without pretending to be anything else.
