The loading screen itself is a mess, like someone smeared vaseline on a 3d render from ten years ago. The Malfort castle looks less like a den of sin and more like a grey box someone forgot to texture. But that’s the charm, right? It’s so unpolished it circles back to being raw. Alancy’s back, and Florian, that smug bastard, has her lined up for what the blurb calls “sex training.” I’m thinking, okay, a quest log of depravity. Click this, get spanked. Click that, get mounted by a crowd. The first party scene just throws you in, no real buildup. One minute you’re clicking on a weirdly stiff 3d model of a goblet, the next the room is full of bodies and Alancy is on her knees. The bdsm gear looks like it was painted on in MS Paint, the leather has no shine, the chains don’t clink, they just sort of exist. It’s jarring in a way that’s almost hypnotic. The quest structure is basically a series of checklists. Go here, endure this, report back. I got stuck on a task where you have to find a specific plug, not because it was cleverly hidden, but because the hitbox was the size of a pixel. I nearly closed the tab. The orgy scenes are so mechanical, like watching mannequins bump into each other, and the sound design is just a single looped moan that cuts off abruptly. It’s not hot, it’s bizarre. And yet, I kept clicking. There’s this one moment where Alancy has to serve drinks at a party while wearing a harness, and the game just lets you fail over and over. Her expression never changes, that dead-eyed stare, which somehow makes the whole humiliating setup funnier. I started imagining fanart where she finally snaps and sets the whole castle on fire, still wearing that stupid metal collar. The wife tag is barely there, she’s just a goalpost, a reason for the training. I forgot about her for a solid hour. What they need is a DLC where the castle itself is a character, maybe the walls start bleeding or the furniture comes alive. That would at least explain the janky animations. The replay value is just seeing how many ways the engine can break. I loaded a save and Alancy’s torso was floating two feet above her legs. Pure art. The story is nonsense, but I’m still thinking about that one room with the red candles where nothing happened.
