Fortunate Patient Part 3

Ok so they got another Lucky Patient episode out. This one’s got that specific POV 3D hentai style where faces look a bit like someone stretched wax over action figures, but honestly that weird almost uncanny valley thing kinda works for it. You’re Mr. Johnson again, which yeah whatever, the main point is Miss O’Connell and Ellie are in these tiny little nurse outfits that look painted on. O’Connell has that fiery red hair spilling everywhere and Ellie’s just there with absolutely ridiculous proportions. The boob physics aren’t even trying to be realistic, they move like water balloons filled with jelly and I love it. The setup is pure nonsense medical fantasy. You got both of them just waiting, already on the bed, touching themselves while looking straight at you. The scene shifts from pov ffm threesome angles where you can barely tell what limb belongs to who, to these creampie shots that are... well they’re detailed. Very detailed. Like someone spent an extra hour just rendering that specific moment. I hate how the audio loops are slightly out of sync, it’s the same two wet sounds cycling every three seconds but somehow it fades into background noise. The real crime is that redhead doesn't get enough solo time before the shared action kicks in. Justice for O'Connell. I got sidetracked thinking about how hospitals in these games never have other patients. Just endless empty corridors and these specifically horny staff members. Anyway the scene itself rushes to the ffm dynamic fast, they’re both just immediately ready which is hot in a pure id kind of way but leaves no buildup. A dlc where you at least pretend to have a checkup first, or where they do some competitive thing over you, would break up the straight to penetration rush. As is it’s a quick hit of doctor fucks patient fantasy with zero shame about what it is.
