Quick Tricks

The card logic is deceptively simple, cover a lower card with a higher one of the same suit, but the real game is watching the score tick up while Android 18's smug expression stays frozen on screen. Not the actual character, obviously, some blonde model doing a cosplay that's close enough to trigger that specific DBZ neuron. The striptease is the payoff, but it's weirdly paced. You'll be three tricks in, score climbing, and she's still fully dressed except for one glove. Then suddenly two items vanish between rounds because the multiplier hit some threshold I still don't fully understand. The real model thing makes it feel like one of those late night browser ads from 2009, but with actual card mechanics underneath. There's a strip poker vibe, except it's not poker, it's this weird solitaire variant where you're always winning if you just pay attention. And you will pay attention, because the card backs are plain and the table texture is aggressively beige. I kept losing track of which suit I was stacking because the hearts and diamonds look identical at a glance. That's not a feature, that's just poor contrast. Still, the erotic part works when it works. The model's smirk during the later stages, the way the camera lingers on the waistband before the next card flip. It's cheap, it's janky, the animation is basically a slideshow with tweening, but the loop is weirdly compelling. Cover, score, strip, repeat. You'll tell yourself one more round and then it's forty minutes later and she's down to nothing but that stupid smirk and a pair of boots. The boots stay on. I don't know why that bothers me, but it does.
