You know that feeling when you find a grimy little corner of the internet that’s clearly made by someone with a very specific, sweaty obsession? That’s this game. It’s a text-heavy RPG thing, a parody of superheroes, but the capes are just window dressing for what it really wants to do. Deepfakes, fake celeb nudes, fan fiction gone rancid. It’s all there, wrapped in a story about joining some Hero Society. You pick a hero with a unique power, which I thought would matter more. It doesn’t, not really. The whole thing is a choice-driven striptease. You’re prepping for an interview, and the dialogue trees are an excuse to peel away layers, both literally and in the sense of peeling back the characters’ thin veneer of heroism. I got stuck for a bit on a loop with a character who was clearly meant to be a certain actress from a certain cinematic universe, and the game just kept offering me ways to, uh, use my x-ray vision. The writing is clunky, like it was translated through a fever dream, and sometimes a choice leads to a block of text that feels like it was copied from a forum post from 2006. The cosplay tag is generous. It’s more like someone described a cheap Halloween costume and the game’s engine just… believed them. The real model aspect, if you can call it that, is just a series of static images that are supposed to be these heroes. They’re unpolished, deliberately so, I think. It gives the whole thing a sort of found-footage, corrupted-file vibe. Like you shouldn’t be looking at it. The eroticism isn’t in the visuals, which are frankly a mess. It’s in the transgressive, voyeuristic thrill of the text. The game asks you to decide, good or evil, but the real question is how much of this weird, specific fantasy you’re willing to click through. I complained earlier about a missing sound effect when a character’s top came off. It’s a small thing, but in a game this bare, the absence of a simple audio cue feels like a gaping hole.
