Okay so the opening scene. You wake up after dying basically. Some weird black goo parasite thing saved you, it's inside you now. The first thing you see is this elf healer lady, and the game immediately lets you be a total creep. You can peek at her changing. Right there, minute one. It sets the tone perfectly. This isn't a noble hero story, it's about a guy with a monster inside him and the game asking "so how much of a bastard do you want to be?" I appreciate that honesty. No fake moralizing. The combat is turn based but honestly I just click through it to get to the sandbox parts. You wander around this city, Alderay, and it's dense with NPCs. There's this one milf, a general's wife I think, and the whole netori thing with her is slow and actually kind of tense. You have to use the parasite powers to influence people, which is a mechanic I forgot to mention. It's like a corruption skill check. You can make a guard forget he saw you, or make a merchant give you a discount. Or make a barmaid more... agreeable. The game tracks your corruption level but I'm not sure it actually matters yet. Maybe it does later. The animations are 2D, a bit stiff sometimes, but the scenes themselves are filthy in the best way. There's a threesome with a futa character and a milf that involves lactation and tentacles and I just sat there thinking, yep, this is exactly what I downloaded this for. The futa content isn't just a checkbox, it's integrated into a character with a real role in the story, which is rare. The strategy tag is a lie though. There's no grand army management. You just move around a map and fight. I spent way too long trying to figure out the crafting system for potions, only to realize you can just buy them. Why is it even there? The pregnancy content is also mostly text based, a little notification, not a visual change, which felt cheap after all the buildup. But then you get a scene with a gilf alchemist who's into some heavy BDSM roleplay and you forget all about it. The game is a mess of ideas, some half baked, some incredibly specific and hot. It's like the dev just threw every fetish they had into a dark fantasy blender. I'm not complaining.
