There's this moment, maybe fifteen minutes in, where you're staring at a slime girl's stats screen and the game asks if you want to finger her pseudopod. And you just have to sit there and appreciate the sheer audacity of a text-based RPG that commits this hard to its premise. Debt-ridden student, mysterious succubus benefactor, interdimensional sexfighting circuit. Sure. Why not. The combat is basically strip poker meets edging contest, turn by turn, picking moves like "tease" or "grope" or going straight for the goods while trying not to blow your own load first. Each monster girl has different weak spots. The harpy gets flustered if you focus on her wings, which is weirdly endearing. The futa oni can absolutely wreck your stamina bar if you're not careful about positioning. There's actual strategy buried under all the titillation, rock paper scissors but with more precum. The 2D CGs that pop up when you land a critical hit or strip off another layer are rough around the edges, sketchy linework, inconsistent anatomy, but honestly that jank adds something. Feels like finding a well-loved doujin from 2006 in a forum archive. Not polished, just horny in a very specific way. Between fights you can visit the girls in their home dimensions, which is where the dating sim and management bits creep in. Bring gifts, train your stats, learn why the arachne has trust issues. Some of these side stories go places darker than the main plot about the succubus maybe planning to harvest your soul or whatever. The translation is all over the place, sometimes poetic, sometimes reads like it was run through Babelfish twice. Inventory management is a pain and the UI for switching between worlds makes no sense. But then you'll be mid-conversation with a catgirl who just trauma-dumped about her dead clan and the dialogue option is literally "pet her ears (might lead to sex)" and you remember what kind of game this is. It knows. You know. Let's not pretend we're here for the worldbuilding even though the worldbuilding is accidentally compelling sometimes. The harem management stuff never really goes anywhere interesting and the futanari content is heavily weighted toward the late game for reasons I cannot fathom. Still thinking about that slime girl though.
