The Rest of Our Lives v0.2.13b

The camera pans across a beach at sunset and I'm already thinking about how many sand polygons they bothered to render before the first pair of tits shows up. Yellow County. Right. The game opens with a serial killer subplot that feels like someone watched one episode of True Detective and decided yeah, that'll get people invested. Your parents are dead. Mystery. Grief. And then your aunt bends over to pick up a dropped spoon and the entire tone shifts into something else entirely. The 3DCG models have that particular stiffness where necks don't quite rotate right and fingers clip through hips during the animated scenes. But here's the thing about janky adult games, sometimes the uncanny valley works in favor of the horny. The milf character, your aunt I think, has these exaggerated proportions that make her look like she was designed by someone who's only seen women through a foggy bathroom window. Her idle animation is just... breathing. Heavily. For no reason. During a conversation about funeral arrangements. I laughed but also I didn't click away. The groping scenes trigger during these weirdly mundane moments, making breakfast, folding laundry, and the protagonist's internal monologue reads like it was translated through three different languages and then back through Google Translate circa 2014. "I feel the warmth of her womanhood against my palm" is an actual line. I wrote it down. The spanking mini-game caught me off guard. There's no tutorial. You just sort of have to figure out the rhythm while the audio loops a wet slap sound that's maybe two decibels louder than everything else. The vaginal sex animations cycle through maybe four positions and the male protagonist's hands keep phasing through her thighs like he's a ghost who really wants to get laid. Romance path is there if you want it but the dialogue choices are the kind where picking "comfort her" leads to the same scene as "stay silent" just with different grunting sounds. I wish the mystery plot actually mattered but it won't. You can tell the writer forgot about the serial killer around the third blowjob scene and honestly, same. The oral sex animations have this thing where the eyes never blink and it's giving that one cat meme. You know the one.
