Tinsel scratches against my thigh. Not the real stuff, that fake plastic kind that leaves red marks. That's what I'm thinking about while this blonde contestant does her thing. The game is just... clicking. You click and clothes come off. But the fabric sounds, they got that part right. A little synthetic whisper when the skirt drops. Makes my neck prickle. The brunette one, she's got this look. Like she knows something you don't. Her santa hat stays on way too long and I'm getting actually frustrated. Real model they say. Yeah you can tell. Something about how she shifts weight from one foot to the other. Not game animation smooth, more like someone who's been standing in heels for a photoshoot and her feet hurt. That tiny wobble. I rewound it three times just for that wobble. The contest mechanic is whatever, you pick who wins. But the striptease itself, the way the red velvet trim catches on a hip bone. You feel it in your fingertips even though you're just clicking a mouse. Weird. Forgot to mention the music. No wait, there is no music. Just these holiday ambient sounds. A bell somewhere. The creak of a floorboard under a shifting pose. It's so bare it loops back around to being intimate. Like you're in the room and trying not to breathe too loud. The blonde's bra strap leaves a dent in her shoulder. I stared at that dent for a stupid amount of time. Game doesn't care. It just waits. No timer, no score really. Just you and these two women in santa outfits that slowly become not outfits. The brunette wins every time for me. Not because the game says so. Because of that wobble.
