Fucking hell, the hitboxes on the volleyball minigame. I spent maybe twenty minutes just trying to get the timing right, and my character’s paw would just clip right through the ball. It’s a furry dating sim set on a tropical island, you’re supposed to be relaxing, not fighting the physics engine. The whole thing has this rough, almost prototype feel, like someone got the core loop working and then just... stopped. Textures pop in, dialogue options sometimes repeat, and I swear one of the background palm trees is just a stretched jpeg from 2004. But then you get to the actual pickup scenes. The writing is surprisingly direct, no flowery metaphors when a shark-girl wants to take you back to her bungalow. The game just throws you into these explicit encounters with a kind of clumsy enthusiasm that’s hard to hate. There’s a scene with a feline resort manager where the animation cycles are so janky it loops into being hypnotic. Her tail keeps clipping through the beach chair in a way that’s almost a feature, not a bug. The whole thing runs on this weird energy where the lack of polish somehow makes the lewd content funnier and more memorable. I was trying to romance a parrot character, I think? The dialogue tree just broke and she kept squawking the same line about a discount on snorkeling while her tits were out. I couldn't stop laughing. The humor is completely accidental, I’m sure of it. You’re supposed to be enjoying the company of sexy creatures, but I was more entertained by the broken pathfinding. One character tried to walk to the bar and just marched into the ocean. The game doesn’t balance anything, it just throws furry tits and glitches at you in equal measure. Don’t expect a working vacation sim. The pickup mechanics are basically a coin toss. But if you want to see a bunny-girl’s idle animation stutter while she’s mid-orgasm because the game forgot to load her facial expression, this is a goldmine. I never did figure out how to actually finish the date with the fox twins. The quest marker just vanished. Maybe that’s the real ending.
