Hidden Among Girl v0.1

Ah fuck, the uniform physics in this game. There's this one girl, Rika I think, and her skirt has this weird stiffness that makes no sense. Like, the pleats don't move when she walks but then suddenly they'll clip through her thighs during the hallway scenes. I spent way too long staring at that. Not even in a pervy way, just... confused? But also kinda pervy. The way the sailor collar frames her neck though, that's where they got it right. That little gap between fabric and skin when she tilts her head. Makes you want to just. The whole premise is stupid and I love it. Boy in all-girls school, classic eroge setup that's been done since forever. Yuki looks like he's made of porcelain, this delicate face that somehow fools everyone even though his shoulders are definitely broader than most of the girls. There's a scene early on where he's changing in the bathroom stall and the sound design, this tiny rustle of fabric, got me more worked up than the actual lewds in some other games I've played. The tension is in what you don't see yet. Game runs on Renpy, so you know the drill. Click click click. Choices that probably matter but who knows. The writing's decent enough, localization has some weird spots where you can tell someone was translating literally. "My heart becomes doki doki" type shit. But then there's this moment in the library after school, just the two of you, and the dialogue gets really natural. She's talking about nothing, just rambling, and the sprite animation has her playing with her hair and I forgot I was supposed to be hiding the fact that I'm rock hard under this desk. Wait, no, Yuki's the one hiding. Whatever. The censorship mosaic is too heavy though. Like why even show anything if you're gonna blur it into a pink smudge. At least the voice acting's hot. That breathy "sensei" whisper during the tutoring scene. Didn't even need the CGs for that one.
