The redhead secretary in Fuck Town, she knows something. You can see it in the way she crosses her legs when you walk past her desk. I spent twenty minutes just clicking around the office, not even following the businessman's wife yet, just watching the secretary's idle animation. That's the real game, isn't it? The one happening in the margins while you're supposed to be doing detective work. This whole thing runs on that energy. You're a private dick, hired to tail some rich guy's wife, but the game doesn't really care if you solve the case. It cares if you end up in the supply closet with the redhead. The humor lands somewhere between a bad pun and a knowing wink, the kind where the characters almost break the fourth wall but don't quite. There's a moment with a cumshot that made me laugh out loud, not because it was hot but because the timing was so absurd. I think the devs knew exactly what they were doing. Or maybe they didn't. Hard to tell with something this deliberately rough around the edges. The adventure tag is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. You click, you read, you choose which door to open, and sometimes the door opens you. I kept getting distracted by side characters, forgetting the wife entirely, which feels like the point. Why follow one woman when the whole town is... like that? The writing has this weird charm, like someone translating their own fantasies through Google Translate and not bothering to fix the grammar because the mistakes make it better. There's a scene where you finally corner the wife and she says something so blunt I had to close the tab and stare at my wallpaper for a minute. Not because it was shocking. Because it was honest.
