Ashley. Again. The game knows what it's doing, dropping you right back into that house with the tension already cranked past eleven. We Are Lost Part II doesn't waste time with tutorials or hand-holding. You're just... there. Staring. The 3DCG has this weird quality where it's technically rough around the edges, some clipping issues with the hair, skin textures that sometimes look like wax, but fuck if it doesn't nail the eye contact. That specific, heavy-lidded look that makes your stomach drop. The mom character, blonde and built like a brick house, has these little idle animations. A shift of weight. A lip bite. You'll miss dialogue because you're watching her breathe. Which is the point, right? The tattoo on the protagonist's arm is a nice touch, a constant reminder this is some specific dude's terrible decisions, not a blank slate. The plot is basically a pressure cooker. Incest themes are front and center, no coy metaphors. There's a scene in the kitchen that's just... a masterclass in delayed gratification. You click. She leans. You click again. A hand moves an inch. My cheap wireless mouse felt like a detonator. Sound design is practically nonexistent. A few wet slaps, a generic loop. Wish there was some voice acting, even bad voice acting, just a gasped syllable or something. But the silence makes you hyper-aware of every creak in your own apartment. The big tits and big ass are rendered with, let's say, enthusiastic physics. Sometimes they move like they're underwater. It's not realistic but it's... effective. The brunette side character gets sidelined hard in this chapter and that's a crime. A whole crime. Her one scene is the hottest in the game and then poof, back to the main event. I alt-tabbed to check my email and just sat there, cursor blinking, not seeing any of it. Played it in one sitting. Obviously. These aren't games you savor over weeks. It's a 45-minute fever dream where every choice feels like stepping on a landmine you desperately want to trigger. The writing's blunt, sometimes laughably so, but then a line will hit and you'll forget to exhale. Don't expect closure. Part II ends like someone slammed a door in your face. Now I'm just staring at my browser history, waiting for Part III like an idiot.
