Pulsing Pool

The ring driver vibrates in your hand like a cheap phone on silent. Not exactly what I expected from a billiards game but here we are. The blonde, some real model type with that slightly bored expression you see in these things, watches you line up the shot. Her top is already gone. Two balls left on the felt. Missed. Again. The physics are genuinely terrible. Balls slide around like they're on ice, the collision detection feels drunk, and the ring driver mechanic. I still don't understand it. You're supposed to push the cue ball with this pulsing thing, timing the vibrations or something. The tutorial explains nothing. I spent five minutes just watching the ball wobble in place while the girl yawned. A real yawn, not the sexy kind. The game crashed once when I tried to adjust the volume in Chrome. Classic Unity web player jank. But then she took off her skirt and I forgot what I was complaining about. The striptease is weirdly compelling. Not because it's particularly well animated, it's not. The transitions are choppy, she clips through her own bra at one point. But there's this deadpan quality to the whole thing. She just stands there, expression unchanging, removing clothes like she's taking out the trash. It loops. The same three animations over and over. I kept playing anyway. The arcade part, the actual billiards, becomes this hypnotic failure loop. Miss a shot, watch her strip a little more, try again. The ring driver pulses faster when you're close to scoring. Or maybe I imagined that. The game's called something like "Billiard Strip" on that one site with all the Flash ports. You know the one. It's broken in exactly the ways that make it memorable. The sound design is just two stock effects, a thud and a weird squelch. The background is a jpeg of a pool hall that's been stretched wrong. I think the blonde's name is in the filename somewhere. Don't bother trying to win, the scoring is rigged or bugged or both. Just miss on purpose and let the loop do its thing.
