Dinner with Natsuki - (The King of Summer) - v1.0.0

You know that feeling when you're playing a konosuba parody and suddenly realize the joke's on you? This spinoff from The King of Summer does that thing where it takes Natsuki, the wife everyone was obsessed with, and drops her into a fancy hotel dinner with her husband Yoshihiko and some silver haired rich dude named Tatsuki. The whole setup screams trouble from the first glass of wine. What gets me is how the game doesn't even pretend to be subtle about the cheating. Like, the summer affair already happened, so now we're watching someone who's already crossed that line try to pretend she hasn't. The tension isn't will she or won't she, it's watching her lie to herself while Tatsuki's hand finds her thigh under the tablecloth. The art style shifts between 2D and 3D in ways that shouldn't work but somehow does, especially during the hidden sex scenes where you're half expecting Yoshi to turn around any second. There's this one moment in the restaurant bathroom that made me actually put my phone down for a sec. Not because it was too much, but because the facial expressions during the titfuck were so specific to Natsuki's character. She's got that mix of guilt and arousal that the original game nailed, and this spinoff doubles down on it. The kinetic novel format means you're just along for the ride, no choices, which honestly fits the whole inevitable corruption vibe. Though I wish there was at least one branching path where she tells Tatsuki to fuck off, but that's not what these games are about, is it. The voice acting during the hotel room scenes, especially when she starts comparing Tatsuki to her summer fling, hits different when you've played the first game. It's like watching someone speedrun their own moral decay while wearing expensive lingerie. The creampie scene near the end drags a bit, but the buildup with the groping under the table and the whispered conversations while Yoshi's right there? That's the good stuff. Makes you feel like a voyeur at a restaurant you can't afford.
