Argleton. It’s this weird little sandbox city, right? And honestly, the first thing you notice is how unpolished it is. The 3DCG models are... a choice. Some of them look like they were ripped straight from a fever dream where Chun Li and Kitana decided to open a café together. It’s janky, but there’s a strange charm to it. I spent way too long just clicking around, figuring out the point and click mechanics, which are basically just a vehicle to get to the good stuff. And the good stuff is messy and direct. You’re this guy, the male protagonist, and you just... accumulate a harem. It’s not a dating sim with deep romance, it’s more like a series of escalating, explicit events. One minute you’re having a normal conversation, the next you’re getting a titfuck from a milf with a ridiculously big ass because you helped her find her keys or something. The logic is beautifully stupid. The sex scenes are where the deliberate lack of polish becomes a feature. The animations are stiff, the ahegao faces are so over the top they loop back around to being hilarious, and the sound design is... well, it’s there. But it’s the sheer variety that gets you. What sticks with me isn’t any single act, but the bizarre community around it. People have modded in characters from Mortal Kombat and Naruto, and the results are pure nightmare fuel in the best way. I saw a mod that replaced one of the girls with a poorly rigged model of a big tits character from a mobile game, and the way her spine bent during a group sex scene made me laugh so hard I forgot what I was doing. The exhibitionism tag is there, but it’s more like everyone in Argleton is just cool with you getting a handjob in the middle of the park. It’s a sandbox of depravity with no shame, and the humor is either completely accidental or brilliantly dry. The lesbian content feels tacked on, like they remembered the tag at the last minute, but the teasing and masturbation scenes have this raw, unpolished energy that’s honestly more engaging than a lot of slicker games.
