The webcam angle is weird, right? Like you're a doctor doing a telehealth call but the patient is this guy with a boner problem and the nurse keeps leaning into frame. I clicked through a few scenes and honestly forgot what I was supposed to be doing. There's a minigame where you mix herbs or something, and the animation is so janky it loops like a gif from 2009. But the nurse. She has this deadpan face while explaining natural medicine for erections, and then she just... adjusts her top. No reason. The humor lands because nobody acknowledges how absurd it is. The patient guy is basically a prop. You see his erection under the sheet at one point and the nurse pokes it with a pen. I laughed, then felt weird, then laughed again. The doctor shows up later and she's got this whole sexy doctor thing going but her dialogue is just medical jargon with pauses. I wish there was more to do with the webcam framing, like maybe you could zoom or angle it, but no. It's fixed. You just click through. One thing that bugged me, the sound. There's a wet squelch every time you apply the herbal paste and it's the same sample every time. After the fourth application I muted the tab. But then I unmuted because the nurse started whispering something about blood flow and I needed to know. She says "circulation is key" and then winks. I don't know if that's supposed to be sexy or a joke. Maybe both. The whole thing feels like someone made a porn parody of a medical tutorial and forgot to add the porn until the last minute. There's a scene where the patient gets hard and the nurse just claps. Slow clap. I'm still thinking about it.
