The first thing that hits you is how deliberately rough the whole thing feels, like someone coded it on a phone during a hospital waiting room visit. Which fits, because you are the patient, some sad sack with a fake cough trying to get into the panties of a blue haired nurse. Her bush matches her hair, the game tells you that up front, no shame. I respect that. The seduction is a word puzzle, basically. You pick lines, she reacts, her little meter fills or drops. I found myself picking the sleaziest option every time just to see her face change. There is a mini game where you have to time your touch, like a rhythm thing but with more groping. It is not hard. It is not supposed to be hard. The whole point is the fantasy of being a manipulative little shit and getting away with it because she has a caretaker complex. The game calls it ensured, I think, like she is guaranteed to fall for the patient routine. The writing is clunky in a charming way. Some lines sound like they were translated through three languages and then back. But then she says something about how your fever is not the only thing rising and I laughed out loud. The art is static, the animations are stiff, and the sound design is basically two loops of a heartbeat and a wet slap. I do not know why the wet slap is there before any clothes come off. Maybe it is a promise. There is a moment where you can choose to be honest, tell her you are faking. I picked it once. She got mad, then more turned on. That felt true to something, I do not know what. The game does not judge you for being a creep, which is rare. Most of these things pretend there is a moral. This one just lets you be the patient with a boner and a plan. The pickup tag is weird. There is no pickup truck. Unless she is the pickup. I guess she is.
