And the soundtrack. Who composed this? It's genuinely good. Haunting almost. Doesn't match the filth happening on screen at all and somehow that makes everything more surreal. The monster girl designs range from inspired to "did they trace this from a DeviantArt post from 2014" and honestly both extremes work in the game's favor.
