It’s not scary. It’s more the unsettling valley of the character models, the way their eyes don’t quite track, the stiff hair that moves like a solid helmet. It creates a mood. A horny, confused mood. The mobile game tag makes sense, this is a perfect thing to fumble with on a touchscreen, one hand occupied, the other trying to advance text about loyalty and compassion.
