Meet and Fuck: Starlet Mission

The whole thing feels like someone made it in a weekend, maybe while drunk, and I don't mean that as a bad thing. The UI is a mess, buttons floating where they shouldn't, text that sometimes overlaps. As an accessibility tester, my soul left my body. No screen reader support, contrast ratios from hell, and the clickable areas are tiny. You will misclick. You will get mad. But then Chuck, this absolute potato of a protagonist, wakes up from his hypersleep and immediately decides he's going to start a sexual revolution, and you kind of forget to be annoyed. The premise is pure, unrefined nonsense. It's 3050, men are basically government property, shipped around in cryo pods to repopulate planets. Chuck is one of these rare specimens. The game doesn't explore this with any depth, it's just a flimsy excuse for a harem to form on a spaceship. You click through dialogue, pick the obviously correct flirty option, and get a static hentai scene. The art is inconsistent. One character looks like she was drawn by a completely different person, her anatomy doing that thing where the spine just doesn't exist. It's jarring, but then the next scene has this surprisingly hot captain with a glare that could melt steel, and you're back in. There's a dating sim element that's so barebones it's almost a parody. Give a gift, watch a bar go up. I gave a plasma coil to the engineer and she acted like I'd proposed. It makes no sense. The writing is full of typos, "your" instead of "you're" everywhere, which for a game about a sexual revolution feels weirdly appropriate. Like, Chuck wouldn't care about grammar. He's too busy trying to get into the medical officer's pants after she gives him a physical. The whole thing runs in a browser tab, no install, so you can just alt-tab away when the boss walks by. It's a perfect, broken little time waster. The kind of thing you find on a forgotten corner of Newgrounds and then can't stop clicking through, even though you know exactly what you're getting.
