Alright, let me talk about Demon Amongst Us. I found this one buried in some ancient bookmark folder, you know the one, full of dead links and hope. The renders are 3dcg, but it's got that specific janky charm like early Daz3D experiments before people figured out lighting. Everything is slightly too shiny, characters have that thousand-yard stare sometimes, but honestly? That adds to the whole thing for me. The monster girl tag is there, but it's not what you think, no full-on monster fucking yet, more like the protagonist has this latent demon/angel heritage that's waking up. He lost his memory at ten, classic amnesia setup, now he's on a student exchange trip and there's this green-eyed girl. The animation during the vaginal sex scene, when it finally happens, is... well, it's there. It loops. You've seen better, you've definitely seen worse. The big tits physics are on that weird default setting where they move like water balloons in zero gravity, which I wish was different but won't be, devs never fix that stuff. What got me was the weird tonal shifts. One minute you're doing slice-of-life romance with this girl who travels to see him, texting cute stuff, next minute there's superpowers and fantasy lore dumping about his angel/demon parents. Feels like two games stitched together by a madman, and I'm kind of here for it. Spent way too long trying to get the romance path to trigger properly. The game doesn't explain its affection system at all, typical. Had to click on her like three times in a specific scene before the dialogue wheel even showed up. Buried mechanics like that piss me off but also make me nostalgic for when you had to actually work for the lewd scenes instead of just pressing a win button. The male protagonist is generic as hell, blank slate, but that's not the point. The point is that one rendered shot of the green-eyed girl looking over her shoulder that's been living in my head rent-free for a week. Not the whole game, just that one image. Worth the download? I don't know, what's worth anything. The whole "he finds out who he really is" plot is still not resolved in the version I played, so blue balls on the lore front too. Anyway the next scene with the demon wings emerging was actually kind of cool, reminded me of that old Diablo 2 cinematic but with more nudity obviously.
