The Pilgrimage is a fucking mess and I can't stop thinking about it. That opening shot of Tali, mask off, eyes half-lidded... whoever did the CG work understood what we actually wanted from Mass Effect. Not grand speeches about the Migrant Fleet. Not calibrations. Just her. Vulnerable. Waiting. The art style is deliberately rough around the edges, like someone spilled their private sketchbook onto itch.io, and honestly that jank makes it hotter. The visual novel format strips away any pretense of gameplay, it's just scene after scene of Tali getting absolutely wrecked by something that definitely isn't in the codex. One frame she's resisting, the next she's... not. The transition between those states happens too fast, honestly. I wish the corruption arc had more beats. But the game is what it is and won't be changing. The sound design is nonexistent. Literally. No music, no effects, just the quiet hum of your own degenerate thoughts. At first I thought my browser was broken, but no, it's a deliberate choice apparently. Or maybe the dev ran out of time during the jam. Either way, the silence makes every wet squelch your brain fills in feel louder. There's a CG near the end where she's looking back at you, mask cracked, and something about her expression made me close the tab then immediately reopen it. You know that feeling when you find exactly the specific thing you were looking for but also kind of hate yourself for looking? This game is that feeling. The monster's final form is ridiculous. Completely impractical. I love it.

So the whole thing runs in browser, right, and I'm sitting there with my chiptune playlist going because the game's own music is like, elevator jazz from a dead mall. You're a captain, whatever, four alien girls on the ship. Talizorah, Liara, you know the drill if you've ever touched a Bioware game. The RPG bits are thin, like a mobile game from 2014, but the sandbox part means you can just bounce between rooms and trigger scenes. There's this one titfuck scene with the blue one, Liara, and the animation loops are janky but in a way that loops perfectly if you're into that hypnotic low frame rate thing. Like a corrupted VHS of a hentai OVA. The combat is there. I guess. You click and numbers happen. I spent way too long trying to figure out if the groping minigame had a hidden combo system. It doesn't. But the creampie endings are all there, multiple penetration too, and the monster girl one, she's got this weird mouth thing that I kept thinking about during a boss fight. The boss fight was just a bigger number. I wish the alien sex was weirder, you know? They're aliens but they all have the same two tits and one hole setup. Talizorah's face is off model in half the scenes, like they forgot her cheekbones exist. Anyway, the cheat menu is right there, no shame. I used it to skip the space exploration because the map is just dots. The group sex scene at the end, all four of them, it's fine. It's fine. The male protagonist has no face, which is correct. If you're the kind of person who has a folder of Mass Effect rule 34 and also plays idle clickers while listening to Anamanaguchi, this is your weird little Tuesday. Don't expect a story. The human race is dying or something, I forgot.

Waking up with a blank slate and a rock hard cock is pretty much standard for these things, but this one puts you on some shithole planet where humans are exotic pets or worse. No memory, no map, just your dick and a bunch of confused alien women who’ve never seen a human man before. But when that same alien girl with the big ass bends over a crate and her tail flicks up because she’s nervous, all my complaints about technical perfection just evaporated. She doesn’t know what a handjob is, has to be guided through the motion, her clawed fingers retracting on instinct while she works your shaft with a clumsy fascination. The dialogue is stilted in a way that actually works because, shit, she’s an alien trying to communicate through a translator. When she takes you in her mouth later, the game describes her tongue as slightly too long, exploring too deep, and the wet sounds they added in the sound design are frankly disgusting. I loved it. There’s no grand moral choice I could find, just the raw, selfish need to get your dick wet on a planet where your very existence is a fetish. Navigation is bare bones, you click, you read, you cum. The sci-fi window dressing about convicts and dangerous worlds is mostly an excuse for interspecies awkwardness that leads very quickly to oral. A space orc with a four-foot frame corners you in what looks like an engine room, her tusks gently scraping your thighs. That scene has zero subtlety and I wish the game let me skip text faster, but the imagery stuck. She looked genuinely surprised by the taste. My advice for getting the most out of every spicy moment is crank your volume up just enough to hear those gross, detailed mouth noises and then let the janky animations roll over you like a fever dream. Don’t think too hard about where the plot went, you weren’t reading it for the plot anyway.
