She just gets sick of the bickering and forces them into a game of strip blackjack. The setup is pure fanfic chaos, the kind where you can hear the author cackling while typing. You play as Shinji, and the goal is to win cards, win hands, and watch Asuka lose her plugsuit piece by piece. Card mechanics are basic. Hit, stay, don't bust. Score a natural blackjack and you actually get a piece of clothing back, which is a neat little reversal that keeps the tension from being a one way street. The AI isn't brilliant. Asuka will sometimes hit on a 17 like she's got a death wish, and other times she'll stand on a soft 13 that makes no sense. It's not about balanced gameplay though.
