The treasure itself ends up feeling like a joke: yeah, you pick up gold and relics and whatever, but the real loot is how many ways the game finds to wreck this elf girl out in the open where birds are chirping and trees are watching like smug voyeurs. And there’s this one tiny thing that annoyed me, how some bushes look like you can explore them but they’re just decoration, I kept clicking that same stupid bush for no reason, and now it lives in my head rent free while my elf is somewhere in that forest with a tentacle in every hole.
