Sound design is whatever. Some generic moaning that loops. I muted it after two minutes and played my own playlist. The game doesn't need audio to work. Wish there was more dialogue. Alicia says like three things total. For someone with a sex addiction she's surprisingly quiet about it. Nurse Joy at least has some lines but they're all variations of "the patient needs more treatment." We get it, you're committed to your job.
