Naughty House

That hospital uniform looks like it was painted on with a spray bottle. Real model integration, they call it. The nurse in the library scene has these breasts that defy every law of physics I remember from school, and I'm not complaining exactly, but my brain kept getting stuck on how her badge is pinned directly through what should be fabric but isn't. Not fabric. Definitely not fabric. The doctor fantasy here is basically a porn simulator with a stethoscope. You get about ten days to either study medical texts or, you know, not. The choice system is weirdly binary. Improve your skills or take everything from life here and now, like the description says. I picked the library once hoping for some actual roleplay depth and instead got a strip scene that started because I diagnosed something incorrectly. Or correctly. The dialogue tree didn't really clarify. There's this one ending where you end up in a park with the big boobs nurse and I still don't understand how we got there from the hospital supply closet. The videoclip segments are... something. They play between days like rewards but the acting is so wooden I laughed during what was supposed to be an erotic POV examination. She's on the table, I'm supposedly the doctor, and her expression says she's reading a grocery list mentally. Multiple endings exist but they all feel like variations on the same three locations. Hospital room, library, park. Repeat. I wish the uniform stayed on longer in some routes. The removal happens so fast it kills any tension. Not that this game understands tension. It understands big tits and clicking through text boxes until something explicit happens. The real model thing does add a layer of "oh, that's an actual person" which makes some scenes more uncomfortable than arousing. There's one ending where you become the best doctor and it's just... a text screen. No park. No nurse. Almost respectable. Almost.
