The loading screen is just a silhouette of a woman with a mop and honestly that tells you everything. The game doesn't even pretend to be polished. The animations are janky in that specific way where you can tell someone spent way too long on the bounce physics and forgot about the background art entirely. First scene she's just doing dishes. Boring. But then the dialogue options start popping up and it's like, oh, we're going there immediately. You can have her text her husband something sweet or you can have her... not do that. The corruption meter is this little heart in the corner that slowly cracks and I kept glancing at it like it was my fitness tracker. 4000 steps today and also I made the milf flirt with the delivery guy. The voice acting, if you can call it that, is mostly just breathy moans that loop awkwardly. Sometimes they overlap and it sounds like a haunted house. But then there's this one scene with the neighbor where the animation actually syncs up perfectly with the audio and for like five seconds I forgot I was supposed to be folding laundry. The cheating path gets real specific real fast. Like, uncomfortably specific. There's a moment where she's on the phone with her husband while... multitasking... and the dialogue tree lets you pick between guilty hesitation or full-on deception. I chose deception obviously. The big ass tag is not lying. The physics engine is working overtime and I respect that. What I don't respect is how the game autosaves at the worst possible moments. I wanted to go back and try the loyal route but now I'm locked into this downward spiral and honestly? That's probably the intended experience. The corruption doesn't feel gradual, it feels like a light switch. One minute she's a devoted wife, next minute she's... well. You know.
