I'm sitting there, right, and Mr. Johnson is back on the table with what I assume is a very specific and persistent condition that only tits can cure. Doctor O'Connell has this look, like she's reading a chart that just says "needs boobjob, stat" and I'm losing it. The whole setup is so stupidly direct I almost respect it. Almost. The nurse, Ellie, she's got these glasses that make her look like she's about to explain your insurance deductible but instead she's pulling down her top and I don't know why that contrast works for me but it does. The oral part before the main event, that's where I forgot I was supposed to be analyzing anything. Just a guy getting his dick sucked in a hospital bed while the doctor watches, and the sound design is... look, it's wet. That's all I'll say. Then the titfuck starts and honestly the physics are like someone told the animator "boobs are water balloons filled with pudding" and they took that literally. They jiggle in a way that's hypnotic but also if you stare too long you start questioning biology. I wish the threesome had more actual interaction between the women. They just sort of take turns like it's a shift change at the clinic. No jealousy, no competition, no "let me show you how it's done" energy. Missed opportunity. But then the cumshot lands and it's one of those ridiculously generous ones, like a fire hose, and I'm back on board. The young and old dynamic is there I guess, O'Connell has that experienced authority thing while Ellie is more eager, but it's not like the game cares about character development. It cares about one thing. And that thing is between two very large, very bouncy things. I don't know what I expected. I got exactly that. The hospital setting is just wallpaper, don't think about it. I already forgot my own point.
