Love and Sex: Second Base - Shawn's story v1.0.0

The first thing that hits you is how unpolished the whole thing feels, like a flash game from 2009 that someone kept adding to for a decade. And honestly? That's kind of the charm. Shawn's story in Love & Sex: Second Base is a point and click sandbox where you play this nerdy electronics store clerk who can't get any respect from the three women around him. Palla mooches off him, Audrey mocks him, Amy ignores him. Classic setup. The groping mechanics are weirdly specific. You can just... reach over and cop a feel during conversations, and the girls react based on your relationship stats. Sometimes they slap you, sometimes they lean into it. The titfuck scenes unlock way later than you'd expect, and the footjob content is hidden behind this whole seduction chain with Amy that took me forever to figure out. There's a hint system but it's buried in the menu and honestly I forgot it existed for the first two hours. The hand drawn art is inconsistent. Some CGs look genuinely hot, like the milf neighbor scene with the big ass and the way the artist draws thighs. Other times the proportions go full anime nonsense and it kills the mood. The writing has this weird mix of genuinely funny dialogue and then suddenly a sex scene that reads like it was translated through three languages. You can get girls pregnant, marry them, go poly or stay faithful. The harem route is there if you want it. One thing that bugged me: the mobile version has this weird lag when you're switching between locations, and the text messages sometimes repeat. But then you'll trigger a random event where Audrey teases you under the table at work and suddenly you don't care about the jank anymore. It's a game that rewards patience and punishes rushing. The death endings are actually funny, like you can literally die from being too much of a scumbag.
