That changes the whole texture of the cheating. It's less about breaking her and more about watching her break you, which is a different kind of corruption entirely. The male protagonist just sort of deflates across the runtime. By the third group scene he's basically furniture with a pulse. I've seen people on the forums argue whether that's lazy writing or intentional emasculation. Probably both. The anal creampie scenes feel almost apologetic, like
