Spring City

The first CG hentai scene hit me like a bus in the middle of a Tuesday. You’re just some guy in Spring City living with your dad and stepmom, and the game is like, hey, want to be normal or want to see how deep this rabbit hole goes. It’s all buttons. Click. Decide. Watch the art unfold. The stepmom stuff is there, obviously. Tag says stepmother, tag says family, and the game does not pretend otherwise. The writing is rough around the edges like the whole thing was translated through a blender and then left in the sun too long. But the choices feel weirdly weighty. Burying criticism here because I don’t want to think about how many times I reloaded to see a different angle. The CG gallery fills up fast if you are a degenerate completionist. I am. The city spring vibe is oddly cozy though. You wake up, you walk around, you make small decisions. Then bam, your stepmom is in the kitchen and the dialogue gets so blunt it made me laugh. Not a joke. I sat there cackling because the game just says it. No metaphor, no poetry. Just straight to the point like a horny sledgehammer. A tiny thing that bugged me. The background art sometimes looks like a cheap stock photo of a generic town. But the character sprites are decent. Contradicting myself because I just praised the CGs and now I am shitting on the backgrounds. That is life. One more thing. The music loop. I swear to god it loops every twenty seconds and it is the same three notes of some elevator jazz that makes the sex scenes feel like a dentist waiting room. I wish they would change it but they won’t. If you want to minmax the lewd path, save often. The game respects your choices but also punishes curiosity with some truly unhinged endings. Not a conclusion. Just a fact.
