The soundtrack is trying to kill the mood and I can't decide if that's genius or just annoying. This weird, lo-fi synth beat that sounds like it was recorded inside a tin can keeps looping during what should be the hottest scenes. Jack's got his hands all over her, right, the whole blackmail setup is in full swing, and the music is doing this anxious, pulsing thing that makes me feel like I'm about to miss a bus. Not exactly the rhythm for getting your rocks off. But then, maybe that's the point. The whole thing is grimy. The city is shit, her life is shit, and the sex isn't some clean, romantic escape. It's just another messy transaction in a world that's already taking everything from her. The art is deliberately rough, like sketches that got a little too detailed in the wrong places. The groping scenes have this clumsy, frantic energy. You can almost feel the fabric bunching up wrong. There's this one moment early on, after she beats the crap out of Jack, where the power dynamic is already completely shattered. He's supposed to be the predator, the drug lord's son, and she's just... bored. And horny. The stripping isn't a performance, it's just a thing that happens. She's got this look on her face like she's doing mental math on how much the rent is while his hands are shaking. The BDSM stuff that comes later feels less like a curated kink and more like two people who are just really bad at being intimate trying to find a language for it. The virgin tag is almost a joke, a technicality that gets bulldozed by the sheer desperation of the situation. The masturbation scenes are where the game actually breathes, weirdly enough. No blackmail, no school setting bullshit, just her in that crappy apartment trying to find five minutes of something that isn't survival. The pacing is all wrong though. It's like a party where someone keeps turning the main lights on. You'll be deep into a tense, actually kind of hot power struggle, and then bam, a flashback to her little brother being hungry. It doesn't ruin it, exactly, but it makes you feel like a bit of a creep for sticking around. Which, I guess, is the whole damn point of the story. The desire is there, but it's tangled up with so much tension you might just close the tab feeling more stressed than satisfied.
