My Furry Maid

Three words: horny, rushed, unpolished. My Furry Maid is a kinetic novel, which means you click and read, click and read. No choices, no branching, just a straight line from "hello teacher" to "please fuck me." The setup is simple: Anna, a student at some housekeeping school, needs private lessons in cooking and etiquette. You're the teacher. She's a furry, maybe a cat or fox, hard to tell because the art is rough. Like, really rough. Lines are wobbly, colors bleed, and the backgrounds look like they were drawn in MS Paint during a lunch break. But here's the thing, I kept clicking. Not because the story was good, it's not, but because the whole thing has this weird charm. Like a bootleg visual novel you'd find on a forgotten corner of itch.io. The "training" scenes are basically excuses for Anna to get flustered. You teach her how to hold a fork, she blushes. You show her how to fold a napkin, her tail twitches. Then suddenly she's a maid, wearing the classic outfit, and the dialogue shifts from "yes, sensei" to "please, use my body." The sex scenes are explicit, no fade to black, but the writing is so clunky it's almost funny. One line literally says "your rod enters my wet cave" and I had to stop and laugh. The furry tag is doing a lot of heavy lifting here, because if you're not into animal ears and tails, there's nothing else to grab onto. I wish there was at least one choice, even a fake one. Something to make me feel like I'm not just watching a slideshow. But no, it's a kinetic novel, so you're along for the ride. The teacher character has no personality, just a pair of hands and a dick. Anna is the only one with any dialogue, and half of it is her moaning. For a game about housekeeping, there's very little actual housekeeping. You see a kitchen once, maybe a bedroom, then it's all sex. Not that I'm complaining, but the premise promised more. Anyway, if you've got twenty minutes and a tolerance for janky art, it's... something.
