The fish market theme is... a choice. Not the first thing that comes to mind for a striptease game, right? But here we are, staring at this blonde seller girl who looks like she walked out of a late night cable commercial. The real model thing is obvious, she has that slightly stiff, direct to camera gaze that makes you feel like you're watching a very specific kind of audition tape. Her voice work though, that's what got me. When you hit the 21 coin mark and she does that little sigh before unbuttoning her top, there's a breathiness there that's genuinely well performed. Not overacted, just a quiet resignation mixed with a hint of playfulness. I rewound that part three times just to catch the inflection. The arcade part is basically a math minigame. You click fish, they have prices, you try to land exactly on 21. It's like blackjack but with carp and tuna. Got stuck at 20 once and had to reset because the cheapest fish was 2 coins. Annoying. The game doesn't explain that you can discard your catch and start over, I found it by accident when I rage clicked everywhere. The blonde just watches you struggle, occasionally saying things like "almost there" in this flat tone that somehow makes it hotter. Her accent slips sometimes, a vowel goes slightly off, and it adds this authenticity that polished voice actors miss. The strip itself is slow. Like, geological slow. She removes one item per round, and between rounds you're back to fishing. The pacing feels like a meal where the waiter brings you one fry at a time. But when she finally gets down to just that lacy black set, the way she hooks her thumb under the waistband and pauses, looking at the camera like she's reconsidering, that moment lands. The sound design on the fabric sliding against skin is crisp, almost ASMR quality. I just wish the game didn't make me do algebra to get there.
